We can't recover money or investigate individual cases, and nobody legitimate will charge you to do it. Use the official channels:

• Report fraud to the FTC: ReportFraud.ftc.gov
• Report identity theft and get a recovery plan: IdentityTheft.gov
• Report an online crime to the FBI: IC3.gov
